Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there are significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.


Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first.
